Keftedes and Spanakopita

Gee, it must have been Greek Week...

First the keftedes, Greek meatballs...

These balls were from the Three Ancient Cuisines cookbook.

..and the Spanakopita.

Phyllo dough is fun to work with, but I'd never want to make the stuff.

I love Spanakopita so much, and will totally make this again. However, I will use like 3 times the spinach. This recipe is from The Complete Book of Pizza by Louise Love. Her brown sugar pizza crust is insanely good, but that's another post.

I also made Ginger Ale...
